As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be joining an established Admin team, helping create a supportive and efficient environment for both our young clients and their families. If you’re excited about managing schedules, coordinating appointments, performing tasks related to medical billing, and contributing to a positive clinic experience, we’d love to meet you!

💼 Administrative Specialist

💰 *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

• Support the Leadership team with day-to-day operations, company projects, and communications
• Gather data for general information purposes or special reports and prepare reports when requested
• Call insurance companies to verify benefits
• Manage complex and quickly changing calendars such as scheduling appointments and meetings
• Confer with the Human Resources Department to provide assistance with payroll, personnel databases, and other duties
• Prepare a variety of statistical data, agendas, memos, lists, forms, and other materials as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree
• at least 1 year experience
• Ability to  self-manage projects / deadlines while working quickly in an active office environment
• Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
• Clear TB test 
• Clear Background Check through DOJ/FBI
