Job Title : Banner Fabrication Specialist

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented   Sign Fabrication Specialist   to join our production team. This role involves designing, fabricating, and assembling custom signs, banners, and displays for various clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, experience working with different materials and tools, and the ability to ensure high-quality signage production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fabricate custom signs using various materials such as vinyl and metal.
  
• Operate and maintain production equipment such as large-format printers, vinyl cutters, CNC routers, and laser engravers.
  
• Assemble and install signs according to client specifications and company standards.
  
• Prepare and apply vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces, including windows, vehicles, and signboards.
  
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all signage meets design and durability standards.
  
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for client orders.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
  
• Collaborate with designers, installers, and production team members to ensure project accuracy.
  
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
  

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in manufacturing or related fields are a plus).
  
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with machinery.
  
• Basic mechanical aptitude or a willingness to learn.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift-up to 25 lbs.
  
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or certifications in fabrication, graphic design, or manufacturing are a plus.
  
• Experience : Previous experience in sign making, fabrication, or a related field is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
  
• Skills :
  • Ability to read and interpret design files, measurements, and work orders.
    
  • Basic knowledge of sign-making equipment and tools.
    
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
    
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
    
  • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
    
• Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work.
    
  • Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
    
  • Comfortable working with adhesives, paints, and various fabrication tools.
