Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to educate clients about Medicaid and public health programs.
Assist clients with enrollment and disenrollment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Respond to enrollment service calls, provide information, and make necessary referrals.
Stay up to date on New York Medicaid CHOICE Project policies to guide clients effectively.
Perform data entry, quality reviews, and submit reports to maintain accurate records.
Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and program participants.
Process and review enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy.
Identify and escalate any concerns to supervisors as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, outreach, or community engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in one of the following:
Spanish
Russian
Mandarin/Cantonese
Haitian Creole
Bengali
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who thrives both independently and collaboratively.

Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Some Saturday work required
Planned time off is not permitted within the first 90 days.
Technical Requirements for Remote Work:
Must have a personal computer with:
Minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download (single user), 50 Mbps (shared), and 5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred).
A wired internet connection (mobile hotspots are not allowed).
MAC laptops and Chromebooks are not supported.
USB wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression is required (Bluetooth headsets are not allowed).
