Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and mentoring engineers, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts within the engineering team. 
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 
• Developing and implementing engineering standards, processes, and best practices. 
• Maintaining and improving quality assurance processes to ensure projects meet required standards. 
• Working with other departments, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet their needs. 
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. 
• Approving budgets, managing project costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget. 
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges. 
• Implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
