Client Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and tailored experiences to our clients. You will build long-lasting relationships, guide customers through the purchase journey, and represent our commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Whether interacting in person, over the phone, or via digital channels, the Client Advisor is dedicated to delivering a superior experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term relationships by understanding client preferences, lifestyles, and needs.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying enthusiasm and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Sales & Service

  • Provide expert knowledge of our products/services to advise clients and drive sales.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and provide relevant recommendations.

• Client Support & Follow-Up

  • Assist clients with policy, or service inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records using company systems.

• Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

  • Support day-to-day operations, including client appointments, and event preparation.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

• Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay current on product launches, features, promotions, and industry trends.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through training and self-study.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., financial services, or customer service)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills

• Strong sales acumen and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using Zoom and Google Docs, and Spreadsheets.

• High attention to detail and professional presentation

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
