Job Description

Looking for a skilled Commercial Carpenter to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, USA at The Buncher Company. We need a detail-oriented individual with a strong construction background to oversee small projects. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be resilient, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include building and maintaining frameworks and fixtures while prioritizing safety protocols. Responsibilities:

  • Construct frameworks and structures following blueprints, drawings, and sketches accurately.
  • Renovate office and warehouse spaces with innovative new designs.
  • Ensure the establishment and completion of building foundations meet required standards.
  • Expertly install doors, windows, drywall, and flooring in commercial properties.
  • Uphold health and safety compliance diligently while working independently.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate for this Commercial Carpenter position in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction and remodeling projects.
  • A thorough understanding of basic mathematical principles is a prerequisite for this role.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools, perform tasks at heights using ladders or scaffolding, and lift items weighing more than 50 lbs is crucial.
  • Proficient in driving and handling commercial vehicles like dump trucks, forklifts, and skid loaders is essential.
