About This Role:
As Corporate Counsel, you will occupy a pivotal role within the legal framework of our dynamic organization, reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Counsel at Biogen's headquarters in Cambridge, MA. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary attorney overseeing critical legal domains such as SEC filings, corporate governance, board governance, insider trading, capital market transactions, investor relations, and subsidiary management. The essence of your role encompasses ensuring meticulous compliance with multifaceted securities laws and regulations, aiding in the smooth functioning of our Board of Directors, and bolstering our relationships with investors and the broader capital markets. The value you bring to Biogen will be reflected in your contributions to maintaining our reputation for integrity and transparency in all financial and governance matters. As a key legal figure, you will integrate seamlessly into our corporate structure, upholding legal standards that are inextricably linked to our overall business success.

The base salary range for this position is $255,000 to $351,000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
