What You'll Do:
Accurately enter, update, and manage project data using Sage Construction Software.
Maintain financial records and project details with precision and efficiency.
Support project teams by updating the online project management system as needed.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
Assist in organizing and streamlining construction-related documentation.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus).
Experience: Prior experience with Sage Construction Software or similar construction management tools.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, job costing, and project management.

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
