Key Responsibilities Chairside Assistance: Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort. Patient Care & Education: Prepare patients for treatments, explain procedures, and provide post-care instructions. Instrument Sterilization & Prep: Follow strict sterilization protocols and prepare treatment rooms. X-ray & Imaging: Take and develop dental X-rays as required. Impressions & Molds: Assist with dental impressions for crowns, bridges, and orthodontic treatments. Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Monitor supplies and ensure all dental equipment is properly maintained. Administrative Support: Assist with patient scheduling, record-keeping, and insurance verification as needed.
