About the Role:

We are seeking a Director - Cyber AI & Security Innovation to lead AI-driven cybersecurity initiatives in a highly dynamic and innovative environment. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in AI/ML, cybersecurity, and enterprise security tools. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and integration of AI-driven threat detection and response systems while leveraging a mix of Nvidia, AMD, and homegrown LLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI-driven cybersecurity initiatives, integrating advanced AI/ML solutions into threat detection, SOC operations, and security automation.
• Oversee the development and optimization of homegrown AI models for security applications.
• Collaborate with SOC teams using Splunk to enhance real-time security monitoring and analytics.
• Manage firewall security policies with Palo Alto Networks and ensure endpoint protection via SentinelOne EDR.
• Oversee incident response and automation workflows leveraging ServiceNow/JIRA ticketing systems.
• Drive AI adoption in cybersecurity operations, integrating it with Nvidia (NAVIE) software and homegrown AI solutions.
• Optimize and secure a complex environment with multiple homegrown applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and efficiency in security operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in Cybersecurity, AI/ML, or SOC leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, including LLMs and homegrown AI tools.
• Experience working with Nvidia (NAVIE) and AMD AI environments.
• Knowledge of Splunk SOC operations, including log analysis and threat detection.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and SentinelOne EDR.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow/JIRA for security operations and incident response.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive AI innovation in cybersecurity.
• Experience securing custom-built applications in an enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud security and hybrid environments.
• Prior experience working in Fortune 500 companies or security service providers.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or relevant AI/ML certifications.
