Receptionist – Auto Dealership As our new receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude, a professional appearance, and strong work ethic to greet customers and assist our sales team with their growing book of business. This individual should be also be detail oriented, and have effective communication skills. We are looking for someone to cover our 3-9pm shift on 4 nights/week and Saturdays 9am-7pm. Job Responsibilities * Clear and pleasant speaking voice, English required, bi-lingual a plus

• Greet and guide customers through their dealership experience while putting forth a professional demeanor.

Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, etc.

• Enter customer data into dealership software, manage electronic and physical documents, and run data reports for staff.
• Assist with temporary tag management for vehicle sales

Update telephone directory * Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates * Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance * Provides correspondence, reports, and other business documents to the sales department and management. * Aids in various administrative tasks relating to the dealership business. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered Benefits:
