Job Description:We are seeking an organized and proactive Fleet Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a Fleet Dispatcher at zTrip, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Dispatcher:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
• Monitor and track vehicle locations and statuses.
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle and driver activities.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during operations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications of a Fleet Dispatcher:

• Proven experience in dispatching or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and tools.
• Valid driver's license.
