Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are looking for a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for a janitorial equipment supplier in Mesa, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials within the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and securing of goods
• Move, stack, and organize products in designated storage areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent workplace accidents
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift certification/license preferred
• Previous experience as a sit-down forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of forklift operations, safety procedures, and warehouse logistics
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM + OT
