Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to be the face of our spa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for wellness and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude and check them in/out efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendar changes
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records using spa management software
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, inventory management, and data entry
  • Educate clients about services, promotions, and pre/post-treatment instructions
  • Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant is a plus
  • 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (medical or spa setting preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software (experience with spa or EMR systems a plus)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends, if required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
