Position Overview: As an HR Recruiter Trainee, you’ll receive full training and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and non-IT roles. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Work on multiple job requirements across different technologies. Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication and basic fit. Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records in the ATS. Collaborate with the internal team to fulfill client requirements quickly and efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (HR, Business, or related preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Strong interest in recruitment, staffing, or HR functions. Ability to work from our Iselin, NJ office full-time (100% onsite). Energetic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
