Description The HR Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans
- Fill critical positions across teams with high performers, in a timely fashion
- Identify sourcing messages and techniques to identify the optimal recruiting strategy for each role
- Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing processes
- Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is performed in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/virtual screenings
- Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing approach by role
- Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Continuously research the hiring market and recruiting industry trends
- Drive a positive candidate experience
- Performing reference checks, as needed
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements Qualifications: - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies
- Skills in the art of negotiation, and comfort managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
