Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the search, establishment and management of global recruitment channels;
Responsible for the formulation of global recruitment plan and overall management of the whole process, responsible for the whole process management of the introduction of global high-end talents;
Responsible for the construction and management of global talent pool;
Responsible for the development and implementation of external recruitment projects;
Responsible for the management and control of global recruitment cost budget formulation and implementation.
