This role is for an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse responsible for providing skilled nursing care within an interventional radiology setting. Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and condition.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, technicians, etc.).
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participating in on-call rotations, including weekends.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Minimum of two years of experience in interventional radiology nursing.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Special Considerations:
- This is a 36-hour alternating shift position (two 8-hour shifts and two 10-hour shifts).
- Weekend and on-call responsibilities are included (approximately 5-6 shifts per 4-week period, including one weekend shift from Friday evening to Monday morning).
- Candidates must reside within a 75-mile radius of the facility.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
