We are looking for a dedicated full-time team member ready to assist with our fieldwork initiatives. The ideal candidate will have dependable transportation, enjoy an active work environment, and feel comfortable engaging with others. This role requires a high level of self-motivation and proactive attitude. Experience with MAC computers and confidence in handling phone communications are important for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
