What You'll Do:
Generate Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Service Existing Customers: Provide exceptional service to existing customers and build lasting relationships.
Prospect and Build Referrals: Target new customers, prospect given leads, and build business referral relationships.
Handle Inquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and process policy changes and new applications.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to underwriting guidelines and required customer document procedures.
Community Engagement: Participate in community events as needed.
Cross-Sell: Increase sales through cross-selling to existing customers.
What We're Looking For:
Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in needs-based selling, including prospecting, pipeline management, and needs analysis.
Insurance License: Current personal-lines insurance license (preferred).
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Motivation and Attitude: Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Technical Skills: Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and use computer systems effectively.
Bilingual (Preferred): Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compliance: Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
No Remote Work: Must be able to work on-site.
Essential Duties:
Write new business applications using checklists.
Cross-sell to existing customers.
Issue a minimum premium per month.
Handle service work as needed.
Market to realtors, mortgage brokers, and apartment owners.
