Title: Mid-Level Healthcare Regulatory Associate
Location : Hybrid - Washington, D.C., Chicago, or New York (Preference for Washington, D.C.)

Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries on health regulatory law, including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, licensing, reimbursement, and regulatory diligence in corporate transactions.
  • Counsel telehealth and digital health companies on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Assist with the structuring of healthcare-related transactions, including private equity, M&A, and investment matters.
  • Collaborate with teams across regulatory compliance, investigations, and the development of compliance programs.
  • Provide guidance on healthcare transactions and regulatory issues for clients in the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., Illinois, or New York.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare regulatory law, including experience in healthcare transactions.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
  • Government experience at CMS, OCR, DOJ, or FDA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
  • Deliver high-quality work products on time and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
