Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator located in San Antonio, TX. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be paired with a loan processor and together they will be responsible for managing the loan origination process from start to finish. Key tasks include in-depth consultations with potential borrowers, evaluating financial information, processing loan applications, and guiding clients through the mortgage process. The role also involves working closely with underwriters and loan processors to ensure timely and accurate completion of the loan process.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with significant earning potential.

Expected Earnings: $250,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with prospective borrowers
• Analyze and evaluate clients’ financial information
• Guide borrowers through mortgage loan products and options
• Submit and manage loan applications from pre-approval to closing
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all lending and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Proven expertise in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
• Strong understanding of underwriting practices and financial regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
