POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Staff and Development Training Consultant, this position is responsible, for coordinating training for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Core Analyst Training (FCAT), the Florida Law Enforcement Analyst Training (FLEAT), the Florida Law Enforcement Analyst Academy (FLEAA), and the Advanced Analytical Training Seminar (AATS) throughout the State of Florida. In addition to coordinating training, the incumbent will assist with training preparation and act as a customer service representative by maintaining contact with state partners. Contributes to the accomplishment of FDLE missions and specific team goals; participates in team projects when requested; complies with administrative expectations; participates in initiatives as assigned.

BACKGROUND:
FDLE requires an extensive background process of all recommended applicants. This information will be utilized to make the final hiring decision.
NOTES:
Preference will be given to current FDLE members who have satisfactorily completed at least six months of the probationary period for their current position.
