Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting exterior residential and commercial buildings. Someone who is passionate about delivering high quality and exceptional results. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment on construction sites. Responsibilities

• Prep and clean exterior surfaces for painting, including washing, scraping, sanding and patching.
• Apply primers, paints, and finishes to a variety of exterior surfaces.
• Inspect work to ensure a smooth and even finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in exterior painting.
• Experience with various paint types, tools and techniques.
• Able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
