REQUIREMENTS
- Prior patent prosecution experience focused on chemical sciences;
- PhD., M.S. or B.S. in agrichemical sciences, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or a related field;
- Experience in laboratory or corporate research; and
- USPTO registration.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes:
- Ability to interview inventors and ascertain technical details to be patented;
- Review patent applications and complex terminology;
- Analyze data to advise or recommend solutions;
- Draft patent applications and claims;
- Analyze claim rejections and prepare strategic response and/or amendments; and
- Possess a strong academic record and/or research credentials along with excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
