We are looking for a talented and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help drive our quality assurance initiatives.

Job Description:

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality assurance process within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products/services meet or exceed the highest industry standards. Your primary goal will be to establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Monitor and analyze product/service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product/service specifications that meet customer requirements
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that quality standards are being met
• Train and coach team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Certifications in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Technology and AS9100 requirements preferred
