As full-time property investors, we are committed to uncovering high-return opportunities for our clients. With our business expanding, we are looking for a Full-Time Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Cupertino, CA .

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales operations to ensure smooth transaction closures.
• Monitor property listings and oversee the listing process from consultation to marketing.
• Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring win-win solutions for buyers and sellers.
• Conduct market research on SF Bay Area real estate trends to determine competitive pricing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Oversee CRM system usage to track engagement and manage resources efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• On-site position in Cupertino, CA (No remote work).
• 2 years of real estate or sales experience.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license NOT required.
