This role supports special events/groups, village concerts, holidays, and as-needed shift coverage for Guest Safety team members. **Job Specifications:** + Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $23.73/hr + Employment Type: Year Round + Shift Type: Full Time hours available + Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age + Housing Availability: Yes **Job Responsibilities:** + Interacting with property-owners, guests, and employees. + Assisting guests, residents, and employees with vehicle jump-starts, vehicle-unlocks, intrusion alarms and motor vehicle accidents. + Basic First Aid response. + Enacting general emergency procedures in conjunction with resort policies. + Basic understanding of emergency and law enforcement services and procedures. + Managing and resolving tier-two (transferred from other departments) customer service issues. + Enforcing all property regulations. + Traffic control and pedestrian safety on roadways within the resort and coming into the resort. + Investigating incidents. + Writing and filing reports. + Additional duties may include inspecting AEDs, managing and/or making keys, updating locks and keys and more. + Other duties as assigned. **Job Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Valid US Driver's license. + Extensive customer service skills and experience + Clean driving record and background check + Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification. + Able to obtain Advanced First Aid Certification within 3 months of employment. + Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. + Great interpersonal skills. + Able to work outside in all weather conditions. + Able to lift 50 pounds. + Able to stand for extended periods of time + Able to bend, crawl, climb, lift, kneel and crouch. + Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings. + Able to remain flexible in schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. + College degreee. The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $23.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
