Introduction:
ARServices is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our agile business in the defense, security, and national intelligence sectors. This role is ideal for recruiters with a deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, federal hiring compliance, and GovCon industry dynamics, who are passionate about contributing broadly to National Security. 

In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. You’ll lead efforts to attract, engage, and hire top-tier technical and cleared professionals while shaping the future of our talent function.
This role demands both hands-on recruiting expertise and the ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.

Location & Travel: This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Falls Church, VA. Some local travel to our facility in Alexandria, VA is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract and retain high-quality candidates for government contracts, cleared positions, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and align recruiting efforts with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations, including OFCCP, FAR, and EEO guidelines.
  • Enhance employer branding and talent attraction strategies through innovative sourcing techniques, networking, and recruitment marketing.
Operational Execution & Recruitment Compliance
  • Oversee full cycle recruiting efforts for positions requiring security clearances, ensuring a streamlined and compliant hiring process.
  • Lead proposal recruiting efforts, working closely with the Business Development team to staff bids and contingent hires.
  • Manage recruitment tools, including ATS optimization, job board usage, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, veterans resource groups, and universities to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Conduct regular recruitment analytics reporting using metrics and KPIs to assess hiring effectiveness and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize recruitment efficiency.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, specifically supporting federal government contracts and positions requiring security clearances.
  • Strong understanding of federal hiring regulations, including OFCCP, FAR, and affirmative action requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience leading talent acquisition function(s) and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Experience supporting workforce transitions, contract ramp-ups, and large-scale hiring initiatives in the GovCon sector.
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or similar certification.
  • Experience optimizing ATS platforms for efficiency and compliance.
