Role & Responsibilities:

As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in managing and reviewing client deliverables, including returns, extensions, planning, calculations, and more. Your expertise will support a diverse range of entities, such as C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, multi-state, trusts, and individuals.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and managing client deliverables (returns, extensions, planning, calculations, etc.) for all entity types.
Analyzing financial statements, including workpapers, adjusting entries, reconciliations, and books/records.
Coordinating deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Leading, mentoring, and training your team members.
Delegating projects and responsibilities to staff, while providing guidance and support.

Required Skills & Experience:

CPA certification is required.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in tax management.
Significant experience working with construction clients.
