Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Work Quality:

Leverage your technical knowledge of tax issues, particularly in the construction industry, to provide valuable insights to clients.
Enhance your research skills and document findings clearly for effective communication.
Stay current on industry software and improve your proficiency in tools necessary for job success.
Engage in discussions about the development of your specialization and contribute to team knowledge.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, leaders, and clients.
Draft well-organized documentation on complex subject matter.
Oversee the review of work prepared by team members and develop your leadership in this area.
Complete assignments within timeframes and follow established tax procedures.
Client Management & Service:

Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling firm and client information.
Effectively manage time to meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility to support client needs.
Present yourself and your work professionally, fostering positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
Understand clients' business needs and collaborate on finding effective solutions.
Keep key stakeholders informed about engagement progress and emerging issues.
Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships through consistent and thoughtful communication.
Commit to responding to client inquiries within 24 hours.
Log daily time entries accurately to ensure smooth internal reporting.
Business Development:

Recognize opportunities to grow the practice, both with existing clients and through new business.
Build and nurture your own referral network, understanding the potential of every interaction.
Participate in industry events and marketing activities to represent the firm publicly.
Deepen your knowledge of services offered and work to increase the firm's visibility in the marketplace.

Encourage team success and help create a positive working environment by valuing the perspectives of others.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Eligible to achieve CPA certification or other similar certifications.
Strong integrity, respect for confidentiality, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning.
