Internship Program Overview

At Authentica Solutions, we recognize the importance of nurturing early-career talent and providing opportunities to gain real-world experience. Our Internship Program is designed to offer students comprehensive insight, experience, and expertise in the education technology sector. This 6-week program aims to provide interns with hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Start Date: June 2, 2025
  • End Date: July 11, 2025
  • Location: Remote (U.S. only, specific states)
  • Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (30 hours per week)

Program Objectives:

  • Hands-on Learning : Enable interns to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects, enhancing their practical skills and understanding of industry practices.
  • Professional Development : Provide mentorship and guidance to help interns improve technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities.

Program Structure:

  • Orientation: Introduce interns to company culture, values, policies, and procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Project Assignments : Assign real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, allowing interns to apply their skills in practical settings.
  • Training and Development : Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing both technical and soft skills relevant to the industry.
  • Mentorship: Pair each intern with a mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program, aiding in goal setting and professional development.
  • Evaluation and Feed back: Offer ongoing feedback and conduct formal evaluations to assess performance, acknowledge achievements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Final Presentation/Capstone : Conclude the program with interns presenting their projects and accomplishments to company leadership and peers, showcasing their contributions and learning outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Internship Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in accredited institutions within the United States. Candidates from diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines are encouraged to apply. Please note that due to employment regulations and tax requirements, we are only able to hire candidates residing in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah.

Technical Business Analyst and QA Intern Position Overview

Join the eShars division at Authentica Solution for a 6-week summer internship focused on business analysis, test automation, and quality assurance. Gain hands-on experience in analyzing business requirements, implementing test automation, and ensuring software quality while working on real-world projects.

Internship Highlights:

  • Structured Onboarding: Get introduced to company tools and processes, including GitHub, Jira, Outlook, and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on Experience: Work on test automation, perform software testing, and collaborate with developers to enhance software quality.
  • Capstone Project: Develop and present a capstone project showcasing your skills in business analysis, test automation, and QA.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Learn from experienced professionals and participate in agile development cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Support test case creation, execution, and automation for software applications.
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, rainforest or JUnit.
  • Identify, log, and track software defects while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure software quality.
  • Document testing processes, automation results, and key business insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations as part of your capstone project.

Required Skills and Experience

Must Have:

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Basic experience in C#, .Net or JavaScript and exposure to SQL and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Interest in DevOps, cloud-based testing, or performance testing.
