Essential Job Duties

The department is looking for a part-time employee to help with essential business functions and everyday department needs. This position will report directly to the department’s Business Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Entering journal vouchers and inter-departmental transfers and submitting invoices for payment
• Serve as the department p-card receipt uploader and reconciler, ensuring all information and documentation is collected and uploaded prior to monthly deadlines. Assist employees with marketplace orders, travel authorizations and reimbursements, personal reimbursements, and serve as the point of contact for prior authorization forms
• Assist with account monitoring and reconciliation duties
• Other duties as assigned, including special projects
