**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** The Warehouse Worker will engage in material handling for various lines in a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities include pulling materials and delivering them to lines, as well as picking, packing, kitting, and sorting. The role requires the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners for shipping, receiving, labeling, stocking, and inventory tasks. This position involves physical activities such as bending, stooping, reaching, and utilizing computers for inventory management. **Hours:** **Monday-Saturday, occasional Sundays** **No PTO for June, July, or August** **1st Shift ($20)** **4am-4pm** **2nd shift ($21)** **2pm-2am** *****first two weeks will train on 1st shift***** **LOTS OF OVERTIME** **Responsibilities** + Handle materials for various lines and deliver them as needed. + Pick, pack, kit, and sort items using appropriate equipment. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners for shipping and receiving tasks. + Label, stock, and manage inventory with precision. + Engage in bending, stooping, and reaching as part of daily tasks. + Use computer systems for inventory management. + Maintain a clean work station by cleaning 5-10 minutes before shift ends. + Stand for the entire duration of the shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, and packing. + Proficiency in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. + Strong material handling capabilities. + Competence in computer skills and inventory management. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Adaptability to work in different areas of the warehouse. + Cross-training capabilities. + Capability to endure standing throughout the shift. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the potential for a raise upon permanent employment and annual raises based on performance. Ergonomic exercises are performed before each shift and throughout the day. The facility can be extremely hot in the summer and is consistently loud due to machinery and forklifts. With approximately 300 assemblers, the environment is fast-paced. Employees stand for the entire shift and are required to work overtime, potentially up to 12-hour days, with every other weekend also being a workday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOORPARK, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
