Bilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $146,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
• 4 Day Work Week is an Option (With 8 Hr. Days)
• No On-Call
• Must Be Comfortable Seeing Patients of All Ages
• Provide psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and evidence-based care, including medication management and health education.
• Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice.
• Work collaboratively with behavioral health and primary care teams to develop and monitor patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Provide appropriate health screenings prior to psychopharmacology management.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient case reviews.
• Ensure continuity of care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and collaboration with external healthcare providers.
• Meet clinical productivity standards outlined in the employment agreement.

Requirements

• Current and active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Massachusetts.
• 1-2 Years or More of Experience Required
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian- Creole is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in ambulatory or outpatient settings is preferred.
• Strong commitment to serving diverse, underserved populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and dynamic care model.
