As a front-line Brand Ambassador, you will represent the Resideo Brand within Security, Comfort and Connected Home Distributor accounts! Through your outstanding customer service skills, you will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and exceeding customer expectations. You will develop and nurture customer relationships and increase product awareness through education of Resideo products attending trade shows, seminars, workshops and similar events. The ideal candidate will live in the greater Sacramento, CA area or East Bay. **JOB DUTIES:** + Develop a working knowledge of Resideo-branded products and solutions in areas such as HVAC/R, Fire Safety & Intrusion, and Plumbing + Frequently visit executive channel partner locations in assigned region to merchandise Resideo-branded products + Engage with Resideo product installers, contractors and distributors in a professional manner, generating new leads and excitement in Resideo products + Create, plan, and execute in-store trainings with distributors and trade partners to provide education on Resideo-branded products + Support Resideo product campaign management through Social Media engagement and by attending offsite events as required + Support Resideo sales process and drive product sales by influencing & motivating decision making through effective training, communication, and presentations + Attend various external events, including but not limited to trade shows, seminars, and workshops, to educate potential customers and partners about Resideo products and solutions + Maintain accurate customer reporting and visit information within assigned territory **MUST HAVES:** + 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Brand Ambassador, Customer Service Representative, or similar + A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR) + The ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds **WE VALUE:** + Bilingual proficiency in English and another language + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to effectively market and promote products/services to target audiences + Ability to conduct product and service presentations + Skilled in collecting data and feedback from consumers to help improve marketing strategies + The ability to collaborate and maintain a positive and professional image while interacting with customers + The ability to take initiative and work with limited direction **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:** + Opportunity to make a difference and leave an impact! + Long term career growth opportunities into other levels of Marketing, Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development + Resideo provides comprehensive benefits, including life and health insurance, life assistance program, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, disability insurance, 401k Plan, vacation & holidays. + The typical base salary for this role, ranges from $48,180 - $83,820 USD per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience. **INCENTIVE ELIGIBILITY:** You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (60%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay.
