Wenger Mfg LLC is a leader in the industry dedicated to delivering high-quality parts to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled Grinder to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate surface, cylindrical, or centerless grinding machines.
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications.
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet tolerance levels.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50] lbs and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of various metals and their properties.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
