Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams? We're looking for a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and collaborating with branches, realtors, and builders to develop new business opportunities.

What You'll Do
Develop leads and originate mortgage loans through branch referrals, realtors, and builders.
Guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial application to loan approval.
Conduct interviews with mortgage applicants and gather necessary financial information.
Submit loan applications and coordinate with processors to ensure smooth transactions.
Respond to referrals and assist in obtaining additional documentation as needed.
Stay up to date with mortgage regulations, lending processes, and available financial products.
Provide personalized financial solutions by offering relevant banking products and services.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
2+ years of lending experience preferred.

Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
A high level of integrity, flexibility, and creativity in problem-solving.
Ability to handle complex financial documents and forms.
Composure under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs.
