What does a successful Senior Quality Assurance Engineer do at Fiserv?
A successful Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Fiserv ensures the delivery of top-quality software by designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and collaborating with development teams to resolve defects effectively. By championing best practices and continuously improving testing processes, they enhance product reliability and client satisfaction, embodying Fiserv’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

What you will do:

• Design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for software applications
• Collaborate with developers, QA Engineers, and product managers to align automation requirements
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Implement and uphold test automation best practices and standards for reliability and consistency
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment process
• Current Fiserv systems experience
• Develop and manage test data end environments to support automated testing, while monitoring and reporting on test execution progress and trends

What you must have:

• 3+ years of experience in testing automation, software development, or quality assurance
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Direct experience with test automation tolls like Selenium, Appium, Junit, or TestNG
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines, including Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience
